MOD urban apartments

The MOD urban apartments are a modular housing concept developed for tight urban infill sites.  Scheduled for a Fall 2012 ground breaking, the 8 unit complex is slated for LEED gold certification.  The elimination of an elevator and internal hallways and structured parking lead to a cost effective housing solution.

Modular Hotel Concept

The DeBagge Hotel is concept for a modular hotel at the base of a Canadian Ski Mountain.  Shooting for a retro soul and aesthetic this concept is intended to serve a youth market currently ignored in upscale lodge housing – Hot Tub Time Machine anyone?

Lane Street modular house

Certified LEED platinum, the Lane Street house sets a benchmark for a sustainable future.  This modular house was factory built in (4) days before being shipped to Seattle and crane set in one afternoon. read more »

MaRK Mobile Retail Kiosk

HyBrid has developed a mobile kiosk ideal for pop-up installations at high traffic locations.  Utilizing the latest digital interactive technology, the kiosk enhances the buyer experience and offers a rich portal to client driven content.

3n2Mod

The 3n1Mod project was designed as a 4 story modularly constructed apartment project in Seattle, Washington.  Open pedestrian walkways allow for operable windows on the corridor side of each unit greatly enhancing natural ventilation and cooling.

Remington Court Townhouses

Project Description:

To break down the massing of the two buildings and to address the small scale of the adjacent neighborhood, the two structures were sited to allow southern solar access and view corridors to all four units.  read more »

CALI Work Lofts

Project Description:

HyBrid recently began design on our latest cargotecture project – the CALI Work Lofts.  Located in an urban arts district the structure is intended to serve as a office space and business incubator for the creative class.
