Lei-Sui residence – Kirkland, Washington

HyBrid Assembly has recently completed construction of a 2500sf home located in Kirkland, Washington along Lake Washington.  Designed by HyBrid Architecture, this highly efficient home features an adaptable floor plan, rainwater catchment and filtering system (potable water), hydronic heating, and photovoltaics.

Another unique feature of this home is the Active Solar Shading System (ASSS) on the west facade.   This element allows unobstructed views to the water while mitigating solar heat gain from the setting sun.
