Lei-Sui residence – Kirkland, Washington

HyBrid Assembly has recently completed construction of a 2500sf home located in Kirkland, Washington along Lake Washington.  Designed by HyBrid Architecture, this highly efficient home features an adaptable floor plan, rainwater catchment and filtering system (potable water), hydronic heating, and photovoltaics. read more »

Remington Court Townhouses

Project Description:

To break down the massing of the two buildings and to address the small scale of the adjacent neighborhood, the two structures were sited to allow southern solar access and view corridors to all four units.  read more »

Panevino

panevino-interior HyBrid acted as both Architect and General Contractor at Panevino in Seattle.  This intimate Italian restaurant and bar was designed, permitted and built in less than 90 days allowing the client to open in time for the busy summer season.

Whidbey Island cargotecture
