Certified LEED platinum, the Lane Street house sets a benchmark for a sustainable future.  This modular house was factory built in (4) days before being shipped to Seattle and crane set in one afternoon.

Achievements include:

  • 5 Star built green / LEED platinum
  • first green/modern modular home in City of Seattle
  • first permitted residential grey water treatment project in State of Washington
