Architect: Hybrid Architecture
Developer: Frolic
Project Team: Robert Humble, Akkarawin Valinluck, Mike Ennen

This project demonstrates stealth density by introducing a carefully composed collection of six modestly scaled structures that fit naturally within the surrounding residential context. Five of the buildings are designed as triplexes, while a sixth anchors the site with shared community space at the ground level and a duplex above, reinforcing social connection while making efficient use of the site. Density is achieved through familiar building forms, thoughtful massing, and vertically stacked units that maintain the scale and rhythm of a traditional neighborhood.

Select Type A units are integrated throughout the project to support aging in place, offering accessible, single-level living options that allow residents to remain in their homes as their needs evolve. Shared amenities and efficient circulation further enhance livability while reducing redundancy. Together, these strategies deliver increased housing capacity, long-term flexibility, and strong market appeal quietly maximizing value while preserving the character, comfort, and approachability of a residential street.
